Sports at Bayer

Bayer is one of Germany's biggest sport patrons and sport sponsors, promoting professional, recreational, youth and disabled sports. The company supports mainly individual athletes and teams of the 27 sports clubs at the production sites of Bayer in Leverkusen, Wuppertal, Uerdingen and Dormagen with a total of about 50,000 members. The close relationship between the members and Bayer is expressed through the incorporation of the company name and the Bayer cross in the club emblems and on the sports clothing.
