The BayArena was modernised, developed and the capacity increased to accommodate 30,210 spectators from the end of 2007 until the summer of 2009.

The BayArena was modernised, developed and the capacity increased to accommodate 30,210 spectators from the end of 2007 until the summer of 2009.
The Little Ulrich-Haberland-Stadion (capacity: 3,200) can be found directly next to the BayArena. Furthermore, the 30,000 square metre spanning area holds the professionals’ training ground that has three pitches.

The Youth football centre Kurtekotten that is situated between the tram line Leverkusen Köln and the fascilities of the Bayer Leverkusen riding club can offer the Bayer 04 youngsters great training conditions. The youngsters have got three pitches at their disposal and the training ground spans a total of 32,000 square metres.
