100 years of Bayer sports sponsoring
For over 100 years the name of Bayer has been known for its commitment to sport. Bayer sports sponsoring celebrated its jubilee in 2004. The first Bayer sports clubs, TSV Bayer 04 Leverkusen was founded on July 01 1904. Today Bayer can boast one of the biggest initiatives for sport of our time. These days, approximately 50,000 athletes go about achieving their sporting ambitions in top-class, disabled, youth and recreational sports in the 27 Bayer sports clubs each and every day.
